When you need it

The product still works, but every change costs more than expected. Data is scattered, dependencies are unclear and the team spends too much time handling urgent issues. The first step is to rebuild a shared view.

  • You have inherited software with little documentation.
  • You need to decide whether to evolve, integrate or replace a system.
  • You want an independent technical view before starting a project.

How we approach it

  1. Understand the context

We listen to the people using and maintaining the systems and gather goals, constraints and available documentation.

  2. Examine the issues

We review architecture, code and workflows within an agreed scope, separating observed problems from assumptions to validate.

  3. Set priorities

We order interventions by impact, dependencies and effort. The roadmap makes decisions understandable beyond the technical team.

What you receive

These are typical service outputs. Scope, timing and responsibilities are defined in the proposal for your project.

  • Map of the systems and dependencies reviewed.
  • Summary of issues, risks and opportunities.
  • Roadmap with priorities and the reasoning behind decisions.
  • Final review with your team.

Before we begin

Does the audit commit us to development with Omnes?

No. It can be a standalone engagement: your team or another provider can use the documentation and roadmap.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

It depends on the number of systems and the depth of the review. We agree on activities, timing and a quote after discussing your context.

Let’s start withwhat’s holding you back.

Tell us what is not working and which decisions you need to make. We agree on the scope and required access before starting.

The first conversation helps us understand the context. Audits, development and support each have their own scope and proposal.
