Multi-domain CMScontent management

For O+P we designed and built a multi-domain CMS management platform to administer the contents of all the group's sites and related brands/projects from a single application.

The system manages pages, institutional content, product catalogues, domain-specific configurations, media, translations, company data, external integrations, contacts and custom sections — keeping each site's identity separate while centralising the management logic.

We came in from the early idea, designing and building a system ready to scale and be distributed, designed to be open to new developments and integrations.

Challenges

  • Data inconsistency from multiple management systems
  • Define a unified structure to standardise processes
  • Listen to each department's needs and guide their choices
  • The platform must withstand traffic peaks from multiple sites worldwide and stay stable

Services

Through careful operational analysis and ongoing dialogue with the client, we precisely define requirements and scope. Our goal is to optimise every phase of the work, integrating digital solutions where they bring real efficiency and keeping a human, concrete approach where value lies in experience.

Consulting and design

The whole architecture is based on modern languages and cutting-edge development patterns that let us keep costs, performance and the product's ability to grow under control.

Software development

Software development happened in coordination with an agency taking care of O+P's design and brand, respecting all the client's requirements.

Data import

Gathering and tidying up the information wasn't easy: we split the process into three macro imports and then refined content validity — partly obsolete — directly with the client.

Support

We are still active in handling issues of any kind or adding new bricks to the platform to give the client more autonomy.

The project transformed O+P's digital ecosystem from a series of separate sites, based on heterogeneous CMSs such as Joomla and WordPress and distributed across different infrastructures, into a centralised, multi-domain and multilingual management platform.

This reduced technical fragmentation, simplified maintenance, improved control over security, content and SEO, and made operational management of the group's various sites more efficient.

The main impact was the move from reactive, scattered management to a more structured, scalable and governable model, capable of supporting the company's future evolution across multiple brands, markets and languages.

Omnes turned out to be the tailor-made supplier we needed.

With deep technical knowledge and an investment in understanding our business, they immediately proved able to deliver a high-quality product ready for tomorrow's challenges.

A big added value was their attention to details and ever-changing regulations, which saved us many headaches.
