When you need it

A feature exists, but nobody finds it. The team explains the same steps every day and users abandon a process. To improve it, we need to observe what happens and understand why.

  • Users struggle to complete their main tasks.
  • You want to validate a new workflow before development.
  • Your product has grown and its interfaces have lost consistency.

How we approach it

  1. Observe actual use

We gather context and select tasks to observe. Interviews, usability testing and available data help identify friction.

  2. Design alternatives

We turn evidence into workflows, wireframes and prototypes, making decisions and assumptions explicit.

  3. Validate and hand over

We review solutions with users and your team, preparing guidance and materials for the people implementing the interfaces.

What you receive

These are typical service outputs. Scope, timing and responsibilities are defined in the proposal for your project.

  • Research summary and observed issues.
  • Agreed workflows and prototypes.
  • Priorities for improving the user experience.
  • Specifications and implementation guidance.

Before we begin

Do you work on internal management systems?

Yes. Daily users’ experience is just as important for operational apps, dashboards and business tools.

Does research include accessibility certification?

No. Accessibility goals and checks need to be explicitly agreed. User research, usability testing and conformance assessment are separate activities.

Let’s start withwhat’s holding you back.

Together we choose a process that currently creates difficulties. We define research goals and how to involve the people using it.
