New Dream App was born from the need to digitise and centralise New Dream Pub's operational management, creating a platform tailored to the hospitality world.
The project goes beyond a simple management tool: it aims to build a modular ecosystem that supports daily operations — from table management to orders, from POS to kitchen, from inventory to takeaway, all the way to performance monitoring.
Omnes worked with New Dream Pub on the design and development of a vertical, scalable solution, built to evolve over time into a SaaS product dedicated to pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, fast food and food service businesses.
We designed and developed a modular management platform for hospitality, built around the real flows of the venue.
The system includes modules for reservations, an interactive table map, orders, POS, Kitchen Display System, takeaway, inventory, statistics and integrations with operational hardware such as fiscal printers and payment terminals.
The goal was to create a single tool, simple to use during service, but robust enough to support complex processes, future automations and multi-site growth.

New Dream App isn't just a "click-by-click" management tool — it's the foundation for smarter software.
The platform can evolve toward automated workflows, operational notifications, AI assistants and agentic interactions, where some actions can be performed by talking directly to the system.
UX/UI design
We designed the user experience of the platform, with particular attention to simplicity, speed of use, visual clarity and consistency across the different modules.
Module design
The application is large and presents an ecosystem of sub-products split into apps and modules that cover the entire chain of management for venues in expansion like New Dream Pub — integrating tools to manage maps, tables, kitchen displays, POS, payment terminals, reservations, takeaway and multi-domain delivery.
Frontend development
We developed the application interface with modern technologies, creating reusable components, responsive layouts and screens optimised for use on different devices.
Backend and API development
We built the application logic, the APIs, data management, authentication, roles, permissions and the architectural foundations needed to support a modular and scalable platform.
Artificial Intelligence
The system was designed to offer a new way to overcome the limits of the visual interface and to make new staff productive quickly — every app includes AI agents that learn and let users interact directly with the apps to perform specific actions.
