Product strategy
We defined the positioning of AISMENT, clarifying the problem to solve: helping companies understand first whether they are ready for AI and where the investment can produce real value.
Aisment is a service developed by Omnes to support companies in the conscious adoption of Artificial Intelligence.

The goal isn't to "sell AI", but to help companies understand where it makes sense to apply it, which processes are ready, which areas need internal organisation first and what impact it can generate in terms of efficiency, ROI, automation and compliance.
The project combines assessment, process analysis, data collection, scoring and reporting, creating a guided path that starts from corporate diagnosis and ends with the definition of concrete intervention opportunities.
We designed AISMENT as an AI-oriented assessment platform, made up of a presentation landing page, a demo experience and a data collection logic designed to evaluate a company's maturity level in adopting AI.
The system lets you structure questionnaires, collect information about processes, roles, tools, data and business objectives, and then transform this information into useful indications to build a roadmap.
The approach is designed to avoid impulsive investments and accompany companies toward a more pragmatic, measurable and sustainable use of AI.
This service helps companies of every size prepare for the AI Act coming from the European Union.
We defined the positioning of AISMENT, clarifying the problem to solve: helping companies understand first whether they are ready for AI and where the investment can produce real value.
We designed the user experience of the platform, with particular attention to simplicity, speed of use, visual clarity and consistency across the different modules.
We set up the technical foundation to collect, organise and manage assessment responses, creating a data structure useful for the future generation of reports and scoring.
We designed a simple, guided experience capable of supporting non-technical users in filling in the assessment and understanding the results.
We designed the logic to turn responses into operational indications, scores, insights and recommendations useful for defining an AI roadmap.
We worked on possible monetisation models: single assessment, paid reports, company packages, consulting paths and more advanced versions of the product.
The project starts from a diagnosis of business processes, digital maturity and data quality, in order to identify where AI can generate real value in terms of efficiency, automation, ROI and compliance.

Aisment is my bet for a smarter use of AI in companies. We start from understanding the current situation and working with method to improve it.
